- Official Email Addresses: Only trust communications from our official email addresses, which end in @shopinnovator.com. Emails from any other domains are not from us.
- Do Not Share Personal Information: We never ask for personal or payment information via email or online forms without having a live meeting with you. Please be extremely cautious and avoid sharing any personal, financial, or sensitive information on any website that is not our official domain.
- Report Suspicious Activity: If you encounter a website or email that appears to be from us but seems suspicious, please report it to us immediately at info@shopinnovator.com.
